2-Week Predictive Maintenance Assessment Pilot
One critical asset. The data and people you already have. A short written plan — not a new software stack.
This is a systematic on-site assessment. It is not a software product and not a monitoring subscription. Charts are optional at the end, and only if the plant already has usable numbers.
What it is
We spend two weeks on a single problem asset (boiler, drive, pump, fan, dryer, compressor, or similar). We walk the job with operations and maintenance, review the historian / work-order trail you already keep, and leave a prioritized root-cause pack. No requirement to buy sensors or stand up cloud software.
Who it is for
- Plants and facilities that already feel a repeat failure or mystery trip
- Sites that cannot or will not put OT / historian extracts on a vendor cloud
- Maintenance and operations leads who want a second set of eyes before they buy a platform
What you get
- Written root-cause notes for one named asset
- Evidence list (trends, work orders, operator input, photos if allowed)
- Watch-list of 5–15 points or checks — not 400 tags
- What not to buy
- 30–45 minute readout with operations and maintenance
- Optional simple chart pack (spreadsheet or local file) only if the numbers support it
What you do not get
- Not 24/7 monitoring
- Not a new plant-wide software install
- Not a control-network tap from our laptop
- Not a promise that the asset will never fail
How the two weeks run
- Intake — you name one asset and an escort.
- Days 1–3 — walkdown, operator and craft interviews, copy existing logs on site.
- Days 4–7 — sort measured-but-unused vs known-but-unrecorded vs true measurement gaps.
- Days 8–10 — write the pack.
- Days 11–12 — readout. Files stay with you unless you authorize an export.
How data is collected
- People first (what fails, when, what they already do)
- Existing historian / DCS / work orders / oil or inspection reports
- Field observation and photos if permitted
- Temporary loggers only if a gap is obvious and the site approves
Data-handling rule. Analysis stays on site or on a drive the customer controls. Nothing is uploaded to a vendor model log without written OK.
Pilot offer
First 2–3 Ohio manufacturers willing to give a short testimonial: the pilot may be $0.
Deposit to schedule. Remainder due at readout.
Travel: Logan, Ohio base. Extra travel is quoted if the site is outside a reasonable day-trip radius.
