1. One-asset assessment

Two weeks on one problem asset. Walk the job, read the historian and work orders you already keep, leave a written root-cause pack and a short watch-list.

2. Controls and integration engagement

A defined scope: audit, control interface, HMI clarity, data path, or the documentation and test that prove the handoff. A plant can buy this directly. On a federal job, the prime buys it and we work under them.

3. Subcontract under a prime

The prime holds the contract. We perform one defined piece and hand it back: the narrative, the interface scope, the readout. We do not prime the contract, and we do not manage other subcontractors.
